Disorders of sexual development associated with sex chromosomes: an update

چکیده

Descripción: los trastornos del desarrollo sexual (DSD, disorders of sex development) son condiciones congénitas que se caracterizan por la discordancia entre apariencia externa (masculinidad o feminidad) y constitución cromosómica sexo gonadal. Estas manifestaciones están relacionadas con alteraciones a nivel gonadal tracto urinario-genital e incluso sistema reproductivo-endocrino. Dentro de las causas estas encuentran genéticas, cuales provocadas anomalías cromosómicas, en particular cromosomas sexuales, alteración genes involucrados el embrionario órganos sexuales; como también, generen interrupción síntesis hormonas específicas. Relevancia: grupo ligado número síndrome Klinefelter (47,XXY) (SK) Turner (45,X) (ST). Reportes literatura mencionan aneuploidias sexuales impactan directamente genes, factores transcripcionales mecanismos epigenéticos afectan expresión génica. Conclusiones: literatura, escasos estudios moleculares comparativos pacientes (ST) (SK), siendo estos fundamentales para comprender procesos génicos relacionados patologías pacientes, así contribuir al mejoramiento diagnóstico, tratamiento asesoría médica paciente ST ó SK, impactando calidad vida estos. En este artículo presenta una revisión bibliográfica actualizada asociados específicamente SK.
